Tenby Ocean Plait salvaged rope bath or door mat

Made from small pieces of beach salvaged rope spliced together to create a long multicoloured length of rope, then woven into an Ocean Plait Mat, these mats are pretty unique.
I have named this style mat a “Tenby” as it reflects the multi-coloured houses that overlook the harbour of this idyllic, popular Pembrokeshire seaside town.
Each Mat will be different in colours to that in the photograph as it is dependent upon the rope available at the time of your order.All the rope that l use is sourced from the environmental charities, Sea Trust Wales, N.A.R.C or Pembrokeshire Beach Cleans, or from my wanders along the tideline of the wild vast beaches here in Pembrokeshire.
Each mat you purchase is giving a new lease of life to rope that has potentially travelled thousands of miles across our oceans, causing a threat to our fragile marine life and removing a harmful micro plastic pollutant from our seas.
Mats are approximately 50cm x 30cm 
20% from the sale of this mat is donated to The Recycle Mor programme at Sea Trust Wales.
