“Kelpie” Surf Bracelet - Pack of 3

Kelpie's are bracelets made from a small piece of ghost fishing rope. This commercial fishing twine is mostly disgarded at sea by wreckless crab and lobster fishermen or washed off the deck of deep  sea fishing vessels by large waves. After countless months or even years, drifting on the sea surface, it eventually floats into shore with the tide. Each piece of twine is selectively salvaged by myself from off some of the best surf beaches in Pembrokeshire, helping to keep our beaches clean and protect our marine life from injesting these harmful pieces of plastic .
 
Each Kelpie bracelet set purchased not only directly helps reduce ocean waste, it also supports Sea Trust Wales with 50% of the sale revenue being donated to their Recycle Mor Programme.
